Doing anything completely pointless simply for the sole purpose of entertaining yourself and frustrating the other people involved.

Even if you know it says 30 you continue the conversation for several weeks no matter how many times you pass it... no matter how many pictures or proof you continue to say it was 40 until everybody around you begins to agree and once they do you say.."What are you blind it clearly says 30mph..."
