What is Fleebay?

The act of pulling a scam on eBay, then not using it for a year or so, allowing the negative comments to blow over.

I'm going to make it look like I'm auctioning a PS3, but what I'm really selling is the empty box it came in. Then I'll FleeBay and do it again in a year.

A name sellers use when referring to ebay as a "flea market", namely that things sell very cheaply there.

I could sell it on fleebay, but with hundreds of similar items I wouldn't get much for it.
