The condition of having erratic, sometimes unhealthy eating patterns; characterized by fasts (periods ranging from a single day to a week where water is the only thing consumed by the flexorexic) followed by binges (often uncontrolled consumption of large amounts of food in a single short period of time)and more fasting.
