What is Flexorexia?

The condition of having erratic, sometimes unhealthy eating patterns; characterized by fasts (periods ranging from a single day to a week where water is the only thing consumed by the flexorexic) followed by binges (often uncontrolled consumption of large amounts of food in a single short period of time)and more fasting. This cycle of extreme control and loss of control tends to repeat itself over and over.

Flexorexia is derived from the combination of anorexia and flexitarian.

Eating a large solid meal after fasting for three days causes one to experience nausea, diarrhea, and very interesting large amounts of gas, hallmark syptoms of flexorexia.
