What is Fligookastan?

A small community also know as Mira Mesa California. Fligookastanians are the indignous people from other countries that have been influenzed by horny military men. When our troops go to other countries they hump the country's women and bring them home in time. Then they invite their 100 relatives to come on over to work on the military bases.
I was driving threw fligookastan yesterday and almost got taken out by a fligookastanian driving on the wrong side of the fuckin road!
