What is Flinch Master?

The act of making someone flinch thus crowning them the title of "Flinch Master". He/She must make someone else flinch in order to relieve themselves of the Flinch Master title. For those who don't enjoy saying Flinch Master the alternate word of "Flaster" may be used.
