What is Flip Slob?

A Flip Slob is an adult ( over the age of 21 ) who has the stupid idea that it's OK to wear flip flops; other than to the beach, around the pool, or at their own home. Their annoyance to decent people is amplified by the "Scrape-Slap, Scrape-Slap" as they walk through our malls, supermarkets, down our streets....
"Any hot girls at the bar last night?" "Not really; some cuties, but most of them were Flip Slobs so I passed."
( on cell phone ) "You'll have to speak up, there's a pack of Flip Slobs walking by so it's tough to hear you."
