What is Floka?

The well known creeper from montenegro. People who have witnessesd this first hand are now shooting a movie called "The Flok: How Far is Too Far for a Man Misunderstood?" to be out august 2009. The movie will be about how he stalked them and stayed on the street outside their grandparents house while taking pictures on his cameraphone.
N: do you hear that
( heavy breathing)
M: yea...WTF?
( they turn around to see floka breathing directly behind them)
M: Helloo...?
F: Why, god evening to you two. Your hair smells like an enchanted orchird.
( Both run off in horror and woe. To this day they have nightmares)
K: umm... what floka doing with his fone?
N: maybe he's looking for a signal
K: umm.. in my face?
N: true dat, ohhh shitt hes taking a picture of you!
(they get scared and walk home. laterthat night)
K: WTF
N:what?
K THE FLOK IS ON THE ROAD..STARING AT ME.
