An intense dance move involving bobbing of the head and pivoting of the feet, while making a "bladum" sound with your mouth and tounge. And your hands must be behind your back.
To do the "bladum" sound you open and close your mouth rapidly while letting your tounge slip out of your mouth like a frog.
