What is Flop Artist?

A person that always gets something wrong...or someone that just flops on a daily basis, at everything they attempt.
Such things include not being able to keep your end of a deal, embarasing yourself and others, just anything thats just generally going to make you look like a fool, will equate to you becoming a Flop Artist.
