The word to define he who bears flouche-like qualities. The official definition is "f*cking loser douche," or to be of whom acts like a douchebag, but has proven themselves worse. "Flouchette" may be used in female examples.
"Dude, that guy will never get our order right. He is such a flouche."
"Man, that girl has nothing on style. what a flouchette!"
