What is Fo Jack?

To borrow an item without the intention of returning it to the owner. A person who fo jacks an item will make up excuses for extended periods of time to ensure that they will not have to return the item, or so that they loaner will forget about it.
Week 1
Male 1: Hey cuz. Let me get that CD from you for a few days.
Male 2: Aight
Week 2
Male 2: Ay man... Where my CD at?
Male 1: I still ain't had a chance to listen to it yet.
Month 3
Male 2: Dude, I wanna play a song on that CD for my cousin. When you gonna give it back?
Male 1: I'll holla at you when I get back in town. My phone is breakin up...
Month 6
Male 2: Man, I think you fo jacked my CD. It's coo tho. I went and bought another one. Tha platinum edition. So you can have that one.
Male 1: My bad. I did fo jack yo CD, huh?
