What is Fontlebury?

Someone who can't just underline a word in an email without also using italics, a different color font, and an increased font size. A fontlebury often uses this practice when trying to make a point.
Mike: Yo playa, you get my email?
Larry: Yeah man, what's with the font? Do you always insist on changing the color, size, and adding italics any time you underline a word?
Mike: Yeah son, that's how I roll.
