What is Foogy?

This word can mean basically whatever you want. Mostly it is used in front of adults when frusterated and you cannot use those so desired "french" words.

Foogy was made by myself, Boogey. The meaning is the opposite of me, if you dont talk like Boogey, your talking all foogy, if you dont look like Boogey, you look all foogy.
