What is Foo-lax?

A sport which you combine football and lacrosse. It is played with a football in a lacrosse type field. You score points by throwing the football into the other team's goal. The pads are a mix of a football and lacrosse helmet lacrosse shoulder pads and football pants. Any footwear is aloud(must cover whole foot ex: no sandals) and barefoot is aloud but not recommended.
The rules are similiar to lacrosse (ex: penalty in the crease) but there are also many football penalties (ex: facemask).
