Clan of elite ninjas, founded by Redshirt and Crazy, that stalk the campus of Bridgewater State College kicking ass, or "clan-ing" people and drinking like crazy.

Most members of the Foot play ultimatebut not all.

Something may also be described as 'foot clan' if it is behavior typical or expected of a Foot Clan member.

Don't go on 2 Scott, that place is owned by the Foot Clan.
