What is Foptart?

a female fop, because why the hell does the dictionary not have a word to describe women who have the characteristics of fops (which are males). Do women not have taste? Um, I think I know the answer to that one...some women, many women just don't have taste. This in no way is to be mistaken as a giant leap forward for feminists. I simply am a woman and a fop, but fops are male.
If Oscar Wilde were a women, he would have been a foptart.
