What is Forced Header?

1.

A term used in football where the ball is kicked (either on purpose or by accident) into another players head or face, without them having time to react (i.e. forcing them to head the ball)

Usually followed by laughter, especially when a particulary powerful shot connects with the face.

Ash: Did you see Johns awesome forced header?

Nat: Yeah, Paul smashed that at him

John: Ow...
