A small town right next to Bel Air and Fallston filled with high school drop outs and shitty roads. The only good thing in this town was C-Mart but now it is moving somewhere else. Almost everyone in this town smokes pot and knows who to call to get it. If your not going to Fallston, your going to C. Milton, which is a lose-lose situation.
