What is Forkie?

A brief moment of psychotic behavior. Can occur while intoxicated or sober, in the daytime or at night, on the weekend or during the week, while sleeping or while awake. Usually involving using other words and adding miscelaneous "ie's" to them. Is very common at the local I HOP.
