What is Forum Spearing?

Akin to forum trolling, forum spearing is directed towards a single member of a forum, just as spearing fish targets a single fish. Also simply called "spearing", it usually occurs when a forum member is found to be easily offended, or lacks a sense of humor.
"This forum user is taking every post way too seriously, and the other members have started spearing him relentlessly."
"I love when people take me seriously on this forum. They become prime candidates for forum spearing."
