What is Forward Flip?

Awesome skateboard flip trick which is usually performed by popping the tail straight down and sliding the front foot directly off the nose of the board instead of off one of the sides causing it to flip vertically between the riders legs. The rotations of this trick could be described as an inverted vertical varial kickflip or an ollie late nollie hardflip.
