What is Foshi?

sometimes spelled/pronounced (goshi, boshi, snoshi, or any other word rhyming with foshi)
1) Noun - Something/somebody who is some degree of some undesirable attributes. The degree of badness is left up to the tone of voice.
2) Verb - To make a foshi out of somebody by zinging him/her esp. in CS.
3) Adjective - Having attributes of a foshi.
