Fowte is a slang word for "That's what I thought". It derived from this phrase, to "thought" and soon produced into "Fowte". People can use this word to prove that they are right, as if to say "That's what I thought".
Man 1: I told you to clean up!
Man 2: I did!
Man 1: No you didn't!
Man 2: Look I'll show you!
Man 1: Oh, I see you did clean up!
Man 2: FOWTE!!!
