Stands for "Fudge packer for life". A FPFL is a person who packs fudge for a living. Not like a hershey bar but like packing poop with a penis in a butthole. It is the male version for CMFL which stands for "Carpet Muncher For Life" Many people may think this may be man on woman, but it aint. Can be pronounced "Fepfull" just in case any of those goddamn homo-sexuals find out what it means
