A slightly more politically correct way of saying "bullshit" or full of it.
Worker: "Mr. Pennypinch, you want these papers done by Friday, correct?"
Boss: "No, I want them done by the end of today." *walks away*
Worker: "That's a load of fragganackle bull!!!" *gives boss the finger, rips up the papers, and heads for the unemployment line.*
