verb: a special kind of dancing that involves a combination of moody thrashing and cheerful bopping around.

This dancing is ideally suited for loud, fast music that has such melancholy lyrics that it achieves a perfect kind of innocence. (other forms: fragglebang, fragglebanger)

Etymology: a hybrid of "Fragglerock" and headbanging

Red was so involved in fragglebanging at the "Wedding Present" concert that she grinned ecstatically as she smacked her head into the scary goth guy.
