A contest where two males take turns kicking each other in the nuts, with the first to fall being the loser. It's funnier to think of the concept versus actually doing it!
In an episode of South Park, Eric Cartman says, "I'll frambo you for it. I'll kick you in the nuts and then you kick me in the nuts and whoever is still standing wins."
