A character from the anime "Fullmetal Alchemist", not mentioned in the manga. He works under General Hakuro, and tends to kiss up to people to rise in rank. After Alphonse Elric is turned into a philosopher's stone, he loses half his body, which is replaced by some sort of robotic automail equipped with bombs, guns, lasers, ect.

Person1: Did you see what happened to Frank Archer after Mustang killed King Bradley?

Person2: Yeah! He totally got pwned by Hawkeye, it's a shame what happened to Mustang though
