The practice of changing old, beloved food products into something new by combining said product with new ingredients or by changing the original mix of ingredients until said product is a sad Frankenstein's monster of capitalistic excess.
"Have you seen the new banana white chocolate Fair Trade peanut butter cups? It used to be you got your chocolate in my peanut butter, before the Frankensteinification of candy bars."
"Can I have another chocolate filling, white cookie Oreo coated with white chocolate icing with fudge bits? Give me more Frankensteinification!"
