What is Frat-boy Slick?

adj. describes an action in which a boy (preferably in a fraternity) uses his cunning, friends, suave-ness and fratboy allure (and maybe jungle juice) to lure an unsuspecting girl into promiscuity. Could also be used to describe a girl using her whiles to trap a boy.
We were dancing and discussing how bad the music was, when he told me that he had better music on his ipod upstairs in his room. He was like, let's go listen to it, and I followed... He was frat-boy slick! Rude!
