What is Fredwell?

Usually found in a short radius of a lovable character who goes by the name of richard. She loves hanging round Freshie and also enjoys long walks along moonlight beaches, she also has a soft spot for 'building sandcastles' on the beach outside lisas house with richard at 12 at night.
