What is Freeport, Illinois?

A godawful city located 30+ minutes from Rockford, Illinois. The economy of Freeport has been deteriorating rapidly since 2002. The city of Freeport hosts an enormous number of black people and 40 percent of the city is dominated by blacks. Shootings and murders are a common event all over Freeport because of drugs and blacks.
Economically, the only opportunities a person will have in Freeport are part-time job at Dollar General.
I worked with Furst Staffing, Freeport, Illinois, and was never able to have any kind of a job because the local economy is so pathedic. Freeport Health Network consistently fails as the local hospital. Highland Community College is ... sub-par to say the least.
