A term used to describe the effects of becoming intoxicated by any substance.
Origin- a really fucking burntout dude walks up to these guys as they are pouring water over a dude's jeep in the middle of winter. He is so burntout he suspects that the Jeep's owner is inside, and he asks "What, are ya freezin em in there?"
"Yeah, that shit is tight, it freezes you in really quick"
