"freld" is synonym for idiot, stupid, retard, low brain etc.
Usually guys who are "freld" or "freldish" are so stupid that they need their mom to help them dress and get out to play with other stupid people.
But these "frelds" are not born to be "freld", it just a consequence of booze and drug abuse.
Many of them are overweighted because they spend most of their time inside watching screen of computer or tv.
"hey look that guy, he is so freld"
"yesterday I saw a guy sleeping in a park, he must be a freld"
"lol look, that guy doesn't know how to wear a jacket, what a freld"
