Frillage Edit Meaning

My friend made this up a long time ago, many people do it but don't know what it's called. It's used instead of a "high five" . . . it's much more subtle and laid back. You simply hold your hand out and the other person places their hand on top of yours and you both wiggle your fingers.

You'd say "DOOD! I just won the the lottery! "frillage!" then hold out your hand to the person.

If in a group, exclaim, "GROUP FRILLAGE - OWWWWWW"

and your "cool" friends will all give you frillage.
