What is Fringe Member?

Somebody who is a member of a group but not a major part, he hangs around in the 'fringes'. Generally tries to act cool but fails.

A lower class citizen who tries to fit in a group where he is clearly not welcome, Fringe Members may also have long girly hair and a knob nose.
