Characterized by profound rudeness and a penchant for driving no more than 30 mph in the fast lane, thereby clogging traffic just enough so the person behind them can get a really good look at the "Je me souviens" on the back license plate.

I wish that vanful of damned Froggies would hop the hell over to the slow lane.
