What is Fry-polar?

A person who is completely relaxed and fun to be around until you eat something off of their fast food try, at which time they become unnecessarily angry and upset. Often occuring with french fries.
Dave was in a great mood all day up until I ate one of his mozzarella sticks and he went fry-polar.
