The feeling of sudden and profound lethargy/drowsiness which often follows a particularly long and intense fucking session. Not limited to men; can also be experienced by women, usually post-orgasm(s).
We really went for it on Friday night, did it every fucking which way… up the arse, double dip, triple dip, 69, him on top, me on top, doggy style…. afterwards we were both knackered: total and utter fuck fatigue. I was out for the count for about an hour!
