What is Fuck Moe?

1. A person who takes an unusually long amount of time to accomplish a task that should be relatively quick and easy for most people. (This person usually appears when you are late or have to pee incredibly bad)
2. Someone who takes fucking life time...usually they can be found most public places especially where decision making is manditory!
"Come on Fuck Moe you've been trying to order for like the past 10 mintues, what the fuck do you want?!"
Marge: "Why were you so late picking me up Bob?"
Bob: "Sorry Honey, this Fuck Moe in front of me missed the green arrow at the stop light."
