What is Fuckeruno?

Just a sort of affected swear word, best said in an italian accent, because it has a sort of italian ending...hmm, yeah. Useful for an outburst that can be made to sound more artistic by the use of an accent, or said so weirdly it tones the rudeness down - great for when you swear and want to turn it into a less rude-sounding thing because of those present near you at the time, I have found - from personal experience.
Pronounced: fuck-er-roo-no
