3. Can also be used blatantly to dismiss someone and show you don't
4. Best used sarcastically to poke fun at passive aggressiveness in society and how terrible communication is when used in such a way - yet we can guess at what it means...
1) I really want to spend time with you but you are not calling me back so fuckin whatever.
2) That is sort of bullshit that they would do that, but fuckin' whatever.
3) Fuckin whatever;you know you should have told me this information earlier.
4)He did tell you that he wanted to meet you at at that time and location. I heard it. I heard him say 'fucking whatever'.
