What is Fuck-tuning?

Any guitar tuning where all six strings are involved. Could have several sharps, flats, etc. and could involve raising or dropping several steps or half steps. Fuck tuning a guitar can take from one to fifteen minutes.
Drummer: Hey, want to cover some Bullet For My Valentine?
Guitarist: Fuck that man, they only play in Drop C, I don't want to be fuck-tuning my guitar.
