What is Fuddnut?

A physical disorder were the victim gets an unfortunate haircut and starts to act flamboyant, the only way to be cured from the disorder is full removal of the hair, normal haircuts or dying of the hair does not seem to cure.
Dude 1 :''Oh man i got a really bad haircut :(! i cant come out this weekend''
Dude 2: ''Aw man, is it a full on Fuddnut or can it be fixed?''
