A term used to insult someone generally when they are not in your presenace, also used as a joking insult to a friend or mate with out using harsher terms like "Smacktard or Fuck Head"
May also be used if you fuck up your nuckles.. (probally cause you hit somthing HARD and people will probally call you a fuk nuckle for doing somthing that stupid)
