Usually Said before and after sentences or words, usually from a bad habit of saying it, or mild anger or frustration. (Someone with a really bad habit of doing this may say it from major anger and frustration too)

2.instead of saying such things as
damn you , you say 'fuken'
3.Before i die i will probly say "fuken" (My last words)
