A term that was once created within a game of poker, when a useless hand was played, and the player shouted "FULL BLOUSE".
The term has also migrated into that of extreme pratical jokes.
Example:
Mechanic: I've fixed the car, that'll be 250 dollars
(Person hands the money)
Person: Is it safe to drive away?
Mechanic: Sure, by all means
(After the person twists the key in the ignition, the car explodes)
Mechanic: FULL BLOUSE!
