When you smoke a cigarette, then smoke weed in some way, then smoke another cigarette. Some people who smoke weed and cigarettes refer to a cigarette as desert when smoked directly after the weed. Some refer to it as an appetizer when smoked right before weed. When you combine both you get the full course.
