The act of drinking from a bottle or can while the arm is "fully extended", pouring the beer from above one's head on to one's mouth, face, shirt and occasionally pants.
Excited by their engagement, Alexis and Billy celebrated with a full extension, and in the process soaked the couple at the table next to them.
