What is Funcism?

The use of racist and/or stereotypical biasing in a closed space where either, nobody around you would care, or you're the only one there.
On the TV show, the one black guy in the show was stabbed in the face. Jeremy saw this and laughed, "He had it comin.. I mean... he's black."
